Q: Which Ragnarok version is better?
A: Korea RO + Sakray is the best because it has the latest and the most complete data, but you might need to take some time to download and update the patch compared to MRO or ERO that is very easy to get.
Q: So can I still play Trinity if I use MRO or ERO?
A: Yes, you can.
Q: I want other items instead of +10 Solar God Helm for my donation gifts. Can I get it?
A: Depends. If we feel that your request is considerable and appropriate, we give it. But don't ask for too much E.g. 1,000,000 Yggdrasilberry, 1 billion zeny, +10 Ancient Glove[1], etc. Never ask for things that might distrupt the balance of the game.
Q: How come I cannot enter Niflheim? There are also some places that I cannot go to? Is it a bug?
A: It is not a bug. In order to create a server that is able to support up to 1k of users, we had to close some maps and some places to reduce the server load.
Q: Will you be opening these maps someday?
A: Perhaps, in the next patch we will open these maps and close some other maps. Be patient as we will do everything to give our users the the fun of playing in new and different maps.
Q: I can't seem to install Trinity in my PC. Can you help?
A: You need to provide better explanation. We cannot help you if you don't tell us exactly what are the errors that you face. Please refer to the forum under the topic REPORT CENTRE to read articles related to your problem. You can also bring up your matter in the forum.
Q: I clicked on the Trinity-Updater file in the Trinity folder but it shows up error. How do I update it?
A: You don't need to click that file to update your patch. Once you've already update your ragnarok using the Ragnarok.exe, just click on Trinity.exe to play the game.
Q: I'm new to this game. Can you help me? I need some equipments and zeny plssss......
A: Don't expect us to givea noobie a helping hand in the game. Learn on your own and ask for others for assistant. We don't like the attitude of asking for zeny or items. You will never learn that way, and you will just irritate other people on the server.
Q: Somebody scammed me +10 SGH! Please ban his ID and return my items pls!
A: We have warned people to be careful when trading with other users. We do not held responsible for any misconduct or scam by users. Learn your mistakes and don't trust people easily.
Q: How come you guys don't take steps to check all the scammer cases? It will ruin this server if scammers are let loose freely.
A: There are roughly over 20 cases of scam each week, and it takes about 1 hour or more to check on each cases. We don't have all the resources or manpower to deal all these cases. We will however implement a system where users can request GM to check their cases with a certain cost.
Q: Can I be a GM?
A: No, please don't ask to be GM. We will inform if we need one. Currently, we have enough GM to manage Trinity.
Q: I haven't played Trinity since the past 6 month. When I login my ID, it says no such ID exist. What gives? I have so many good EQs and lots of zennies in my account.
A: Please note that any account which is inactive for more than 3 months will be terminated. This is to prevent the server from overloading with excessive accounts which are inactive. To ensure that your account doesn't get deleted, make a reminder to login your account at least once in 2 every months.
