Dear all players,

Recently we received reports about player using speed hack, although there is not much ppl do so, i think its the time and necessary to do some tweak.


After this instant cast will need 170dex and some skill such as Arrow Vulcan, falcon assault will never reduced delay depend on dex.

I’m doing this not because to give u guys trouble, but this is for batter gaming with less abuser.
